More about Peter Pfister:
Mr. Pfister is responsible for leading the Singapore office investment team, overseeing Asia-Pacific fund due diligence and managing client relationships. He also leads Asia-Pacific research.
He has authored a number of research papers on various topics about the Asia-Pacific private equity market. Mr. Pfister currently manages 19 active Asian General Partner (“GP”) relationships and holds a number of active advisory board seats. He started working in private equity in 2001, covering the Asia-Pacific region since 2005. Previously, Mr. Pfister was Head of Asia-Pacific for Deutsche Bank’s private equity business (DB Private Equity) overseeing investments and business development across the Asia-Pacific region. Also, he was Vice President for LGT Capital Partners where he focused on private equity investments and business development in Europe and helped develop the firms’ marketing and client services activities. Before joining LGT, he worked for Mettler-Toledo in business development covering Emerging Markets and for Caterpillar in corporate planning and product marketing. Mr. Pfister holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and a MBA from IMD.
